Hugs @Shaz51 so many emotions and memories with your things  and your mum's things. Be in the moment,  accept the feelings and let them pass - is what I'm telling myself as I go through things. I'm trying to reimagine my space and work towards it. 

It sounds hot up there. In Melbourne it's very muggy. A big change from needing winter woollies.

Know what you mean @Shaz51. By the time you've been emotionally "mugged" a few times by stored objects or papers bringing up unexpected memories, yeah, you need a rest. Try not to feel guilty, you're doing what you need to do. xx

Yes needed the afternoon off , did not even clean our house

@Shaz51, had a "lazy day" myself. I did get outside for a bit and pulled out some weeds, but otherwise been laid back. We've had one thing after another for the last couple of months, so I need to listen to my own advice... xx

Mr shaz made sure I did not do too much,  did not take too long 

He thought it was going to be a big job but glad it wasn't 

Then on the way home we stopped in to see daughter and son inlaw , that was nice , she is soo close to her dad
