I’m sorry I was around for a bit but got distracted @Snowie . I missed what you wrote. I know things are still tough. I was worried for you. You don’t have to be concerned that others worry about you, it’s part of the deal being on the forum. Once we build a rapport with members the worry often goes both ways but it’s really just care.

Totally agree with @Teej here @Snowie We do worry about each other but that is inevitable when we care about each other - and we certainly care about you Hon. I know that is hard to hear when you do not feel like you even care about yourself - so we are here to hold that care for you and that will not change. So much understanding how very hard life is for you at present and wanting to do all we can to support you - you are not a burden or 'taking up space' or our time - we want to be here for you Hon - no matter how hard it is for you

Do your mh team know how hard it is again @Snowie ?  I know that is a bit of a double edged sword question. I know you’ve had a recent hospital admission but that doesn’t matter if you need another. Just writing thoughts out loud but understand if you just need to get through on your own hour by hour and minute by minute again.
