The community is here for you and you can reach out as much as you need to get you through to your appointment this afternoon. From what I remember about your last appointment your Dr seemed pretty keen to help didn't they? Hoping they can make a bit of a plan with you to get you some relief

Thanks. My doctor is trying to help but there's only so much they can do being that we have tried everything previously. I fear the only thing left is more medications which is very risky right now and I'm not sure it's such a good idea.

Hi there, this is my first ever comment on this website I only made an account today as I too am struggling today with a massive panic attack. Reading what’s going on with you my heart just goes out to you so much rn. How are you going to get to your dr appointment.?
