I made a friend at the laundry today, she gets just as frustrated as I do at the lack of laundromat etiquette.

I was very very assertive

I walked in when there was someone there (not the new friend), this young couple had used 3 machines according to her and their baskets were on top so I took their washing out of one machine and put it in their basket and put mine in. 

But as I started I said when she looked at me "yes I am that person"
