I love my church, I love them so so so much and abuse has taken everything that mattered to me away, multiple churches, my family, so many different rooms I've lived in because I've been found countless times and my own anxiety keeps me moving.

There's a fire in me that says "I won't let her take this place that I love from me"

To not go means she's still controlling me

To not go means she wins

To not go means losing another thing that I love

And that's worse

I have a survival kit, it has

• A hankerchief
• A prayer coin
• A few motivational quote cards
• A smelly roll thing
• A metal brain teaser puzzle

It was a reading sermon so following along helps
