Ohhhhh @Attahua, I am sorry my friend , I didn`t get you email 
there has been no contact with his MH worker in probably the past six months and no pysch appointment -- same here with my hubby , but it has been a year here
Hubby is starting to overthink again, about his children as his depression and anxiety are passed down, and he is thinking about his meds and the pysch again
