im pretty much doing it by myself, im just lucky that some days its a good day so i dont really have to do as much. those are the days i can usually take an hour to myslef but often i use that horu or so to study.

i have trouble setting the boudaries and actually enforcing them . i feel bad about saying no to my sisters or to my pop (whom i care for)

If you check out these websites you might find a support that will suit you. I have had help from Carers Aust and Wellways. I don't think Aftercare operate where I am.
