Re: Carers under 30...
yes perhaps your right, it might help open their eyes abit to the extent of what happening at home. he does need those constant reminders too. he kind of just eats when hes hungry when im not home but ill put up a reminder of meal times on the fridge as well. when he can see things in the fridge or are in front of him its also a reminder so ive always got yoghurts and custards and those sorts of things always visible and tends to have a few of those outside of meal times too.
I don't think to much will happen, its more concerning that he worries when im not there and one particular ailment he has isn't well managed because weve been trying for weeks to get into this specialist but they don't answer their damn phone or return calls even if msgs are left so ive made him an appointment to discuss this more with his gp tomorrow and hopefully they can sort something out for the interim and refer him somewhere else that I can actually get in contact with.
hopefully this is abit of a silver lining though. I cant cancel now so will have to do the best I can with what I have.

Yeah I can do that @outlander . I just ate tea. Zoodles with mushrooms and roasted cherry tomatoes and spinach and it was yummy. What are you up to now?

Re: Carers under 30...
I’ve just been on the forum and surfing the net @outlander . Nothing exciting but relaxing. I picked up my dog today (from my parents) and he’s been wanting lots of love. I might head to bed soon though. I’ve been waiting up until 11 to see if my son wants a lift but he hasn’t responded so I can assume not. I have a big day tomorrow. Have you much on tomorrow?

Re: Carers under 30...
The drive sounds like a good thing to do @outlander . That being stuck in yuk is awful, it takes a while sometimes to process things. Sometimes it takes months for me, sometimes much quicker. I hope you can have some time out of your head tomorrow. Sometimes that break from our head is what we need to process things.
Im heading off now. My son just messaged to say he doesn’t need a lift so I’m going to have a shower and take some meds. I really hope you sleep tonight. Keep distracting yourself as much as you can. I know some days that’s hard to do but I think it gets a bit easier with time. 💜🤗

Re: Carers under 30...
dental op is in 12 days now, so not very long at all. most things are sorted out, just a few small things left to do in the days before
