I'm sorry about your sons.

I know people like your eldest who give it all to work. Sadly I think its a way for them to cope with their own struggles.

For your youngest, I'm sorry you got yelled at. Sounds like he is also coping with something.

For you, Deep breaths...all you can ever do is try to be the best person you can be and take care of yourself.
