First time posting.

My teen suffers anxiety and the GP also suspects OCD for which we've been referred to a psychiatrist (6 month wait!). GP has prescribed low dose medication to assist with anxiety and OCD. The OCD type behaviours have worsened in past 2 years, the anxiety has been present since early primary school. Can anyone suggest online support groups for teens where they can seek help from peers?  I'm doing my best but I don't know where to turn really.

Yes, there is "Reach Out Australia" for under 25's a fabulous online support community moderated by professionals so safe and caring. 

I hope you can find support for yourself here, it's not easy being a parent, you'll find lots of us here supporting our kids and kidadults.
