Hi there 

im new to all of this

ive been diagnosed with bipolar now for 4 years 

and it’s getting hard to manage and keeping relationships , I’ve lost my love one due to my manic episodes and mood disorder . I try ways to manage it . But it continues 
im looking to talk and meet new people that understand what we go through
