I feel s flat and have not energy don't feel like doing anything thing . I watch something last night that upset me. So then I started miss my children I wish I could just be happy with what have

I'm concerned about you. You deserve to feel supported. 

I hear how much you miss your children. Yet at the same time you deserve to be able to do the things you love as you wait for them to return.
