I don`t know how I do it too @Determined  --- but last night i was soo sick and then this morning , did my sugar blood test and it was a low reading

had morning tea wth mum and she was against us doing extra work , saying I do too much now and should be cutting back not increasing

You have enough to do right now and it certainly sounds as if you are not at all well - 

Perhaps Mr Shaz thinks some extra work he could do would be a good idea but I have a sinking feeling that he thinks you would do it if he was anxious

I am thinking the same as your Mum - you need to being doing less
