I think over time I have learned to not be as sensitive in areas where it isn't required or makes things worse.

I believe sensitivity and philosophy are fundamental aspect of life and that need to be in life. But so long as they are done and used in the best way.

Happy Sunday all. I am reading the newspaper and having an easy start to today. I also feel a bit anxious. It didn't help to get a text from my columbian friend after 2 weeks.. who thinks its all OK. Its not. And I'm not going back to that friendship. Too many problems... so that wasn't nice to start today.

It’s good to stay away from tricky relationships if you can @MDT . You have the choice to reply or not to, but it sounds like it has got the day off to a bad start.

It is what it is.
You know I woke up this morning feeling a bit average and then managed to feel better. Now I feel a bit down as a result of the text. Like I'm the idiot in the equation etc.
Just going to have to treat myself with better care I think.
At the moment the sun is shining and I'm getting some sunlight on me. Neighbours kids are playing with their toy boats and mum is weeding.
