It's loud so loud

I don't  know what to say because i don't know if what is going on is really happening. I don't feel manic.

It's not an episode. 

So it has to be right.

It is today that made me aware that I really am alone. I thought it was in my head. They say regularly he against me.
I swear I'm thinking straight. Maybe. There laughing alot tonight so I dont know. Oh I need it to go quiet just for 5 minutes so I can think.
It can't be.

@Scarebear83 take a deep breath and try to focus on something around you for a few moments. Try to bring yourself back into this present moment. 

 

It can be really scary and overwhelming when everything is so loud, I totally get that. 

 

But there's a whole community here that's willing to help. So you aren't alone we are here for you. 

 

There's also crisis services to reach out to if you need to such as Lifeline, there's also beyond blue.

@Scarebear83 reaching out can be hard, i understand. But you don't have to sit with this alone. Lifeline are very understanding and are trained to help in situations like this.

I deleted what I wrote. I can't share my thoughts because I can't. Never have told anyone because I always felt my head getting screwed with

@Scarebear83 it's OK. You don't have to share anything that you aren't comfortable with. Just know that we are here for you, whether it's to chat about whatever you want or just to sit with you in these moments.

@Scarebear83 and that's ok to not know what to feel. When there's so much going on it can be so overwhelming.
