gosh, early again @Meowmy re work. feels cold here this morning.Heat house had been holding is going away. thermometer in kitchen says like 5 deg less than yest morning.Just took thyroid meds, so not supposed to drink or eat for at least 30 mins ugh. maybe shower now to use some time up, ha. I slwept okay, Thanks. Hope you did.

yes, was 10 deg min last nite @Meowmy  rest of week 33 deg but warmer nights. I might ring cardiologist and ask for ph appt. I cant be bothered going there. ok supposed to be thursday. got physio in 2 hours time today, ha

ah, still waking up here @Dreamy  got physio soon. wishing had nothing on for rest of week, got drs tomorrow and thursday, ok dift ones to yest and for dift reasons the one tomorrow is to try and get something out of DVA, thurs is follow up w cardiologist after last procedure
