I know it's hard to keep up unless people are on-line at the same time - and I have days when I don't come in

I had a bad time when my old cat - Companion Cat - went over the Rainbow Bridge - I had her for 15 years and that's a long time

Adjusting to that has been hard but I have starting luring local birds into my courtyard with a bird bath and food - they eat the food but don't seem to notice the bird bath

I am glad the year has been okish for you - that's the best we can get at times

Sorry to read about your loss of your gorgeous cat @Owlunar, I know how much she meant to you. 😢

maybe the birds will use the bird bath in the heatwaves. I’ve had lots in my yard lately because of the heat although my dog sometimes chases them off. 

Im going to go for a bit and see where there is an alarm going off.
