I have started this thread to help us achieve our goals for 2025 and beyond. But also, to stay connected and supported. To build a stronger community, and a place we can all join in, and talk about our challenges, and achievements. But more importantly, a place where we all feel like we belong and have a purpose. I encourage everyone to share information and their stories.
Tomorrow I'm wanting to go to the gym and also to go for quite a long walk.

What a great idea @oceangirl ! Just to clarify, are these goals only in relation to 'fitness'? Or is it anything?

I'd love to join you @oceangirl but I'll be a bystander for a while. I'm about to have surgery and won't be allowed to do much for 6-12 weeks. I'll have to rebuild my strength and fitness, starting with short walks as soon as I'm up, immediately after surgery.
I try to walk daily but I haven't been able to do any resistance training for ages. 2025 will definitely be a fitness journey for me.

@tyme Yes, fitness goals, but if anyone, wants to talk about something other than fitness goals, they can.

@Dimity Sorry to hear you are having surgery, I hope you make the best recovery. Yes, please join in and hopefully other members will join in too. 2025 is going to be a great year for fitness and ensuring one's health and wellbeing. I'm hoping to do a gym session tomorrow.

The weather in my area has cooled down a bit so I hope to do a another big walk soon.
I've a few kinda pressing tasks that I'm making progress on so I'm focusing on those. But I also notice when my brain gets tired and some type of walk or outdoors break becomes a priority.

@Dimity It is for me too. I went to the gym today. Next week, I will be trying for three gym sessions.
