Best Friends Club

Re: Best Friends Club

I did it 1999 and kept 2 friends for ever. One of the became an  incorrigible drunk so not really speaking to her ATM. ........

You can always ask me @Blackcloud

And I really mean it - an un - Savable drunk. I digress.

And the really annoying thing is she took heaps of naughty things that were illegal and got top marks.

But whatever. I passed.

I got tutors to help me. I think I paid $50 per week to do those assignments and wrote up notes on the art journey.

Re: Best Friends Club

Re: Best Friends Club

@avant-garde why me?  😂. Maybe tomorrow, not sure i got it in me tonight.

Re: Best Friends Club

@Former-Member because I've started a bunch basically

Re: Best Friends Club

@Blackcloud yes i did study psych! i did it through an arts degree (so it was a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology). my psych subjects did require both individual and group projects - but it was mostly individual ones. most assignments were report writing in my uni, so that's why it was more individual. but there were a few PowerPoint presentation or poster presentation assignments where we worked in groups, and honestly i'm glad because they were quite hard to do solo.

i will say that psych is quite statistics heavy. if you like learning about statistics and writing practical reports, then you'll like psych. but if you don't, i think fine arts/visual arts is a better route! if you have any other questions, feel free to ask 😊 also Art Therapist is such a cool career path to look into!

Re: Best Friends Club

Ahaha @avant-garde @Former-Member see how you both feel tomorrow, and I'm sure both @rav3n and myself would also happily make a plushies thread if neither of you feel like it!!

Re: Best Friends Club

Phew.

People have it much worse.

I love you all.

Learnt so much about myself.

Re: Best Friends Club

@Jynx think I'll leave it up to you guys to make it. I got alot on my plate right now. Tomorrow I have to finish cleaning my house which is really only dusting, vacuuming and mopping.

Re: Best Friends Club

@PeppyPatti I'm sorry to hear about what that friend of yours did, but it's crazy to hear how she's still able to get top marks despite doing many bad things.. I just wonder how some people including her have managed to do it O.O

$50 per week to write up notes and do assignments is crazy.. 😮

I'm sure you haven't spoken to her in ages since the last time you guys were friends, am I right on that? But yeah, she definitely doesn't sound like the type of friend you deserve just from reading what you've wrote.

Re: Best Friends Club

@rav3n oof - yeah no, writing up practical reports and learning about statistics are definitely not my forte xD definitely something I'd dread doing if I were to do them!

By the time I get to do the folios as part of the assessments for the current fine arts course, I can perhaps show you and other users my folio filled with my upcoming creative works 😄
