Thanks for the share re expectations.  In some ways I dont have many, but then there is often stuff in play in our unconscious.

My interest in those arts is not cos I can do it.  I did it a bit when we were selling cards in the subways, but mother snorted at it a bit. My stuff only sold on 9 year old cuteness, not talent.  Then I met father of my children in fringe music/ arts scene before the festival got off the ground.  Always supportive regardless of type.  Especially supportive of participation. 

@Teej it is a beautiful arrangement. I often gaze at such pictures to calm my farm. I will look more into him.

I wanted to drop by following some of the discuss that has arisen here this evening.

@Appleblossom I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling as though mods see you as endlessly resiliant and there is a feeling of "knocking you down like a bowling pin". I can see that you have sent through an email and I would encourage you to keep chatting to us about this via email as it is important that you don't feel this way and if there is something we can do to change this we are open to hearing about it.

I would also like to add here a reminder to keep the conversation respectful to all users of the forums, this includes other members of the forum as well as moderators. As mentioned earlier, all members can read these posts and discussion about specific members can be read by all.

This clay is perfect for sculpting @Appleblossom. I try to work by taking clay off rather than adding it. It is also air drying, so need for a kiln. 

With regards to the painting, I hope one day to be as good as Francoise's portraits. I have a looooong way to go however.
