My 18 year old son has recently been diagnosed with BPD, its a really up hill battle. I'm feeling like I'm constantly in a fight or flight situation. I have just taken some time off work to concentrate on just being with him, plus some self care for me. I am also planning on getting some counselling myself. So hard especially as he is withdrawing from alcohol as he used this as a coping mechanism♥️
