today i had cream cheese on toast for breakfast

veges for lunch and a cup of coffee

afternoon tea -- had 3 vita weet biscuits

and for dinner --had fish on a bed of rice

Tried a new recipe - a tuna pasta bake - don't think I will be making it again.

It seemed to be missing something @Shaz51  and pasta was sticky.

Can I gently encourage us all today to look after ourselves in relation to what we need to eat/drink to maximise our health @Shaz51  @Adge  @Determined

Would something  premaking /freezing sandwiches or having a box of museli bars (healthy???) in your work bag be helpful @Determined

I often think I should pack something the night before @Former-Member 

 

Rolled oats is my usual breakfast, tin of fish and green leaf mix salad for lunch so it's not hard. Just that I forget.
