Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

Hi @Shaz51,

How's all with you today? Well I hope. Did you have a nice weekend?

FloatingFeather ❤️

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

Hey there @Shaz51 I hope you're having a great day 💘 Thanks for the tag on this lovely thread

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

Hello @amber22 , @FloatingFeather

feeling very achy and pains today , we worked for 2 hours this morning , had a nap this afternoon and done a little bookwork

Mr shaz is feeling very fluey today

hope your day has been going good

I did some plant repotting yesterday - made 4 new pot plants out of one 😁

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

Aw, I really hope you start to feel better soon, and I hope Mr Shaz also rests up and gets better from his flu! I was very sick last week too, it's not a nice feeling at all.

Oh yay for pot plants! Love that ❤️ I'm about to hop off and make the commute home, but I just wanted to pop in and say that I hope you have a lovely night tonight. @Shaz51

Make sure to rest, and have some hot tea/coffee 🙂

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

have a good night @amber22 , coffee time now xx

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

I hope the ache and pains feelings eases up for you @Shaz51 - that doesn't sound like fun. I also hope that Mr Shaz' flu clears up soon - sounds like you could both do with a cuppa and a good rest.

You did good to make four pot plants out of one - I can barely take care of a cactus lol.

All good for me thanks - back to a full week of school for my youngest so at least I won't have to hear `i'm bored' so much!

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

at least I won't have to hear `i'm bored' so much! --- ha ha so true @FloatingFeather

mum laughed when i told her that her plants are still alive -- so i must be doing something right 😁

hope they do to @FloatingFeather , interesting and still learning -- that with kidney disease, the kidney filter is broken so all the toxins are going around the body into the bones instead of in the toilet 😎

so have to watch what i eat 😊

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

I didn't know that about kidney disease (about the toxins and the filtering) @Shaz51. I really hope you are okay and you aren't in any pain. Take care of yourself my friend (I'm sure you will - you are always so good at taking care of others).

Sending hugs,

FloatingFeather

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

awwwww thanks @FloatingFeather , will need dialysis down the track and then a kidney transplant in the future

ha ha found out i was born with only one kidney

but the kidney specialist is happy at the moment so that is good

it really depends what you put in your body soo more water , less salt to start with

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

Hi @Shaz51 sorry to hear of your aches and pains and Mr Shaz not feeling so well either. Aches and pains here too but nothing serious just a big afternoon of collecting kindling and breaking twigs on my knee. Really must stop doing that. A beautiful Autumn day though pretty chilly this morning. Dinners done, hot shower done and fire is going so all settled for the evening. Hoping you both feel a little brighter tomorrow 🙏😊🌹❤️
