Welcome and getting started

newbie

Re: newbie

Oh hun @TOXICONE , I'm sorry to hear you are not so well. What's happening in your life? Is there something we can do to make it more bearable?

Re: newbie

Hey @TOXICONE , I'm thinking of you and hope you are okay.

We are sitting with you.

Re: newbie

hi @tyme

thank you for checking in on me. it really means a lot to me. I've gone a seen my gp and now I'm waiting for an appointment to hopefully get some help for my BPD as I'm struggling with it badly right now. I'm hoping it won't take too long.

its been a really rough few weeks nd I'm not seeming to get much better and then with all this happening my car has broken down for the final time nd i can't afford to get another one. with no family or friends just me nd my babies it is a struggle.

I've been trying to get out in the garden just to get out the house now. because without my car i cant leave my home. im too scared. so i try and go outside a little.

schools almost back and then i have to leave home which worries me also.

today is a lovely day. i have some plants i want to move around .

have a lovely day 🙂

Re: newbie

Hey @TOXICONE , sounds like everything happens all at once? Sorry to hear your independence has been 'taken away' with your car needing repairs.

I remember before I had a car, my legs were my transport and I loved this. However, as soon as I got a car, I've never been without and it can be crippling on top of mental health challenges...

So I hear you. And yes, school will be back soon so that's another layer of complexity.

Please feel free to reach out if you need someone to sit with you (tag me in 🙂 )

You are not alone. Thinking about you.
