Having worked a lot of contract jobs over the last few years, my self esteem has taken a lot of hits. my Psychiatrist gave me the title of a book which I am finding very helpful. Its an Aussie writer. 🙂 . and, no i don't know the author, am just recommending something which might help you too.
Lisa Phillips is the author, Sydney based. Her book is called The Confidence Coach. it is a very easy to read book, with some case histories with each chapter and best of some 'homework' as well for us to do. You will need a pen n paper. Yes, it is helping me, and yes I am a work in progress.

I spent 15yrs in recuitment at the pointy end of the spear and with the top end of town, have worked in crappy jobs as well, Self esteem, self confidence as my psychiatrist said to me last month something we all need to work on, all the time, this book is helping me. Take care everyone RR 🙂
