Hi there, I totally understand the tsunami of overwhelming emotions and extreme reactions. We feel things very deeply and you are a highly sensitive and gifted person, able to intuitively read the energy of a room, and feel the shocking horrific effects of war on innocent people and the Earth. I want you to know that you are very special and your suffering will gift you with virtues and compassion which great suffering or great love does. Deep misery puts a lot of stuff in perspective as to what is really important in life. Wishing you peace and harmony 🕊️
