Yumi brand Thai fritters from the supermarket @Shaz51 - mixed veg with lemongrass and coriander. Quite nice.
It's been a while since I've done a tuna bake, you've given me an idea for later this week.

The next step is a Disability Medical Assessment with a Government-contracted Doctor. These Assessments are conducted by Sonic HealthPlus on behalf of Services Australia.
Ohhhhh what to expect when they ring me 🤔

Ooh @Shaz51
I have had these interviews - they ask questions - lots of questions - to find out the level of care you need - I am truly amazed all of this is taking years to eventuate. Honestly - in my opinion - it's all a bit much,
About the questions - you need to let them know the truth - that your health is really at risk - you have chronic pain because of your reduced kidney function. You also need to let them know how Mr Shaz's up-and-downs-and-ups-and-downs - and his anxiety - which is natural for him I understand - makes it harder for you - and it's important that they are aware of your circumstances - all of your battles.
I have the feeling you do your best to make the best of things - as do I - we need to be honest about our health issues in such interviews. There is no need to worry though - these people are there to help and you do need medical and financial support.
I know you are working when it would be better if you did not. I know you are doing less - and this can be a tricky thing - sort of - if you can work then you don't need as much help. The truth is you need their help because you have to work to pay your way.
It's good this assessment is coming up - I wish you the best - I also wish I could be there with you.
I'm sending you my love
