Had an okay day. A bit of stupidity from colleagues and laziness as they didn't tell me I didn't have to do something. But it is what it is.
I am worried they think I am weird or stupid or foolish. I have no s*its to give if I am honest. Its just work. I have options for the rest of my life. I am trying. I have improved. Its my life and I have made progress even in just returning to work. This much is true and I've also noticed that one or two occasions have reassured me.
I used to think I was a loser. Maybe by doing what I've done over the last few years makes me the opposite.
