the monitor was for my heart. I've been getting chest psin, and short of breath. And when I laugh a lot I almost faint.

my BP off the hook recently @BlueBay  plus been coughing til hear sound and everything goes dim/changes colour oh just have a chest xray oh really lol wish I knew a real doctor

well most is serlf created re health issues @MDT  but am a bit underwhelmed when have to fall back on medical solutions

Timing my sleep for 8 has now that meds increased.
Eating chocolate and ice cream
