Completely normal to grieve the sad things but yes perseverance always pays off. 

Wouldn't say I'm holding up ok. But I'd much rather support others that are struggling than try to focus on myself at the moment.

We got a bad phone call this week with serious long term consequences for at least 3 people, but even though it is unjust I may have to simply learn to accept it.

Sometimes it can help to find a way of uttering or referring to a reality without unpacking it all

@Appleblossom helping others means I'm not so consumed by my problems and noone should have to struggle alone. 

Sorry to hear about that phone call. Having to accept things can be hard especially when it's unjust and causes serious long term consequences. 

Sleeping just isn't going to happen at the moment, too much chest and jaw pain. It's just past 10pm here.

@Appleblossom nah not TMJ. It's basically all the symptoms of a heart attack, but not wanting to get it checked out cos I don't have it in me to deal with hospitals at the moment.
