My sciatica is mild at the moment @Glisten it was bad when I was pregnant. Keeping up different stretches and exercises for different aches and pains…. Weary sigh…

my OT saw them yesterday and said I was pretty academic. Not sure if I will go back to academia though….dipped my big toe into a masters in Diversity and Inclusion but not really impressed by course co-ordination. Problem with being older is I am not as impressionable as I was. I had a tough life, but got into top uni…. So have some expectations now, instead of just bowing down to everyone. Academia seems to have become a bit of a racket… imho… even talking to a young honours graduate…. About his recent struggles… hmmmm…. And he was from a brilliant hard working family.
I even thought of doing postgraduate OT.. for mental health
apparently it is better in the UK than here.
