Thanks Darcy. We haven’t been going too great. The last few days have been an improvement though. Just hav to get on with my life and enjoying what I like to do by myself or with the dogs and if husband feels he can join in sometimes so be it and if he can’t.... I need to just get out and do stuff anyway or I’m going to go nuts. His depression is dragging me back to a place I never wanted to experience again and the feelings self doubt and of worthlessness are creeping in. I worked so hard all my life to escape those feelings and to overcome so many negative experiences in life that I am determined to stay afloat.
