I've lived in a lot of places, shitty ones and awesome ones. Want an awesome place? Move out with 3 or 4 people and split the rent. I've also lived in places when I've not had a steady income, such as right now haha! But you figure it out @MDT nothing is ever smooth sailing

I agree @MDT  its really hard to move out snd afford to buy or rent. That's why my two boys (28,25) are still home. Saving up to be able to get enough money to purchase a property. It's so expensive. 

you will find someone one day when the right time comes. Don't worry. My boys are still single. They've had relationships but they ended up with not the right girls. It doesn't matter. 

I do understand what you're saying about work snd finding the right job. 
It sounds like though thst you have a caring and supportive family which helps. 
I know it's hard but try to stsy positive. Easier said than done I know.
