I am dreading Monday. But I spoke to my psych about it all yesterday. Hopefully what we discussed will help.

I am doing something social tonight by meetup. Not entirely keen but I think its best to do it to make myself go outside myself if that makes sense.

Internship - no idea. They changed the day. I'm rethinking if its the organisation for me tbh. But who knows. Very haphazard atm
