Going ok here thanks @Shaz51 and all. Quiet day, pretty hot here at the moment at 42℃, at a little after 2.00 pm, so staying in the cool for now. May go out to tea (light evening meal) with a friend who is here for a couple of days.

Considering how I can use my new found energy in productive ways, initially in the garden. So good prospects of things to come.
