Hey @Former-Member,
Keep battling. Have you got into mindfulness. Just breathing and stuff. Easy to do and does help to slow things down. Works for some and not for others. I can direct you to a site if u want to try. Anyway, keep the conversation going.

Hi there @Bushman
Im not very good at mindfulness as TBH I'm not overly sure what it is!
I walk as a way to release restless energy which in turn helps my emotions.
What have you found that really works?
I actually stayed up all night and didn't get a lot done on my essay. As I got sidetracked with drinks with partner and friend.
However I have a small window of quiet, ah actually scratch that my kids are home again from their ride!
It was nice just to lie down with no worries or too do's. 🙂
How is your day?

Hi @Former-Member ,
There are some free mp3. Try volume one for a while before going onto others. Calming techniques, breathing. Etc. Nothing lost by giving it a try. https://www.actmindfully.com.au/product-category/mp3s/
