Re: Fragile

@Appleblossom I sing. Done many solo's for graduations weddings etc. love listening also. Unfortunately when things get rough, even music doesn't help. I used to play the guitar. Had to give up, arthritis in my hands. I've read you sing in choirs, I've done a little of that and loved it also. Though I'm no longer into religious stuff, I still love the music. It's goes beyond labels I think. Hope you're travelling okish. I know this thread is for when you are low.

Re: Fragile

Feelz inside like the whole world wants \1stto silence me IRL tonight. Know its not real but brings on the SI & withdrawal. Do you get that? Not feeling loved?  Wish i could stop it.

How are you @Appleblossom ?  You're very quiet. I reckon its winter blues on everything else. Hope youre ok? ❤

@Maggie  sorry youre no into 'gospel' anymore. I am my faith, inseparable fusion, so don't understand how people wall away.  Religious institutions are entirely different, when structures come before people & relationships - there is no love (God is love) and it becomes easy to walk away, sadly.  Might see you on the music thread ❤

Re: Fragile

Hi @Former-Member. Go gentle with you. It sounds like you’re having a rough time at the moment. Thinking of you.

Re: Fragile

Sorry you feel like the world wants to shut you up.  @Former-Member Glad you reach out to counteract the withdrawal and SI.  I accept your religious conviction and style. I met some meditators at one concert and said I was having a "sabbatical" from religion.

Yes I do get those feelings, but I do not think that is why I am quiet.  I am  feeling reflective about the forum, busy with son ( we are doing 2 driving lessons per week atm)  and I have been busy singing 2 concerts last week.  I have aligned myself with "noise making" in an acceptable way.  lol ...  One concert was laidback and the other was full on rhythm with a big percussion section 5 timpanis and various other drums and marimbas.

Next week we are doing a fulltime course across town.  Just letting you know in advance so you dont worry about me.

I still struggle with the little self of me .... floating in a huge ocean ... meeting both predators and friendly schools of fish ...

Thanks for your beautiful supportive messages   @Former-Member @Maggie

Looking for you @Appleblosson, how are you?

Re: Fragile

Thanks for thinking of me and tagging ladies. @Former-Member @outlander

I am alright.  Not great, not bad.

Been collecting piano music and getting back on the piano regularly each day.  Thats nice, as I had almost completely stopped playing and only using piano to work out notes for singing.

My son is plodding along.  Nothing new to report.  Most of our conversations and plans are reasonable and congruent. Sometimes I wish he would get a move on, though often I feel proud of him.

I have plans for most weeks that are good for body and soul. Most of it barely costs anything, but I just bought 2 x $20 tix for concerts next month.

Eventually I will catch up on the bloomin plumbing and get my credit cards down again.

Smiley Happy

I hope you both are well.

@outlander I booked my car in for 2 new tyres next week.  I found out that they are 13 years old and that is unroadworthy. .. I just checked the tread, but did realise it.   There is always something.

@Former-Member So its back to our boy scouts and Be Prepared for all practical and people issues.

I am steady downwardly titrating meds, with docs agreement.  I had to reduce the neuroleptics because I would have slept the rest of my life away, which would have worried son no end.

Thanks again for thinking of me at my most fragile.
