My partner has no interest in getting help. It's for me @tyme

It sounds like she's not ready @Carlo . It must be so hard on you. 

BPD support doesn't just need one to 'accept' help, but actually needs full commitment. 

Is there anything you can do to help her see that things are not really working right now?

For the most part of my years, I wasn't ready to get help. It wasn't until I was in the depths of despair and at death's door that I finally surrendered and said I needed help. I wonder if this will be similar for your partner?

Unfortunately, unless something isn't working for them, there's little need to make changes.

Have you asked her why she is not ready to get support?
